Yesterday, December 3 (well, it's just a couple of hours ago), we had a church erev shabbat. I'm glad I was there. It's so great and so amazing how the Lord reminds us of His awesome and wonderful love. His grace abounds us and He loves us so much. Instead of punishing us for all the sins we committed, God poured out His wrath upon His one and only beloved son Jesus Christ. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, no one is righteous, not even one. A sinner can't be saved by a fellow sinner, therefore God sent His one and only son Jesus Christ, pure and blameless, as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Jesus Christ is our passover lamb, and He is worthy of our praise and worship. As we believe in Him, God has freed us from all our iniquities, transgressions and sins, through the blood of Jesus. I'm so happy to be reminded that everything is in the hands of God, our strength is in Him, our hope is in Him, our life and future is in Him. We just have to hold on to our faith through Jesus Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Faith comes from hearing, hearing the word of God. I believe that the bible is the infallible word of God and that there is only one true God, supreme creator of heaven and earth, revealed in three persons: God the father, God the son, and God the Holy spirit. I believe in Yahweh, Adonai Elohim, the God of Abraham and of Isaac and of Israel. I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, Yeshua HaMaschiach, in His deity, His sinless life, His death and resurrection. I believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit, Ruach HaKodesh, by whose indwelling the believer is able to live a godly life. Shabbat Shalom! ♥

--when I was thinking of what title I'll give this time (something about rain), this immediately popped out of my mind. I got this from a title of a song by Delirious.
Yesterday morning I couldn't contain myself and stop thinking for the upcoming event that'll happen the night of that day. The event was a music and entertainment night open to all the youths, young adults and even adults. Being one of the performers, I'm so excited and nervous somehow. During the time of our performance, "this is it! whew!", as I strum the strings on my guitar, "Oh nooooo!!". That night was the very first time I performed in front of a crowd yet it wasn't good enough. :( Ahhh, I really can't get over it. I was ashamed. Although it wasn't exactly my fault, but still I'm the one performing and I should have done something on my side.
But today! Although it wasn't too good, but since I can't do something about the situation, I just cherished the moments I encountered . I was stuck under the heavy rain waiting for a jeepney to ride me home. The wind was blowing so strong and it started to flood. My pants was already wet and my feet were soaked in the muddy water. But hey! thanks for the rain. I felt like, somehow, I forgot my worries about what happened yesterday. If the rain didn't stop surely I'll go shower under the rain when I got home, but too bad it didn't happen.
During hard times, worries and difficulties, it won't be bad to pour out our rain. If we have heavy problems, I believe it's difficult to contain it inside of us. But my friend, we have a great big God, bigger than any of our circumstances, and He is our creator. He's the only One who knows us too well. Just pour out your rain of problems, worries and burdens to Him, and in return He'll pour down His rain of guidance, comfort and love. Jesus loves you. ♥

Why breathe today? --I actually got this term from a title of a song by flyleaf.
I chose these words because it reminds me a lot of things, let me share to you one thing. When we say 'breathe', for me it speaks of life. Every creature that doesn't breathe cannot be considered 'living' but 'dead'. Breathe.. Breath.. Life.. In this life, everyone of us has his/her own trials and difficulties. We face different kinds of challenges day by day and sometimes we get carried away by our everyday stuffs. But hey! "breathe today". Take a break, pause, relax, be calm, and allow God to take over your day. If Jesus is your buddy in every step you're gonna take, surely everything you do will have LIFE. It won't seem like you're doing the same thing over and over again. Every burden will be light and you'll have rest in His arms.
